Why We Built This Site
Idaho gives the public access to many court records, but court records are not all kept in one place. In Twin Falls County, District Court and Magistrate Division case information starts with iCourt, courthouse kiosks, or a clerk request. The Clerk of the District Court / Ex-Officio Auditor and Recorder also handles recording, marriage, auditor, and county-board record duties. The Sheriff's Office keeps jail, warrant, civil, and law-enforcement records. State agencies handle vital certificates, driver records, correctional status, and appellate material.
What You Will Find Here
- Records pages by type: court records, arrest records and court charges, inmate records, warrant records, marriage and divorce, probate jurisdiction in the Magistrate Division of the District Court, and more
- Office contacts: direct contact information for the Clerk of the District Court / Ex-Officio Auditor and Recorder, District Court, courthouse, and county record offices
- Search walkthroughs: steps for iCourt Smart Search, hearing lookup, payment lookup, sheriff daily reports, and statewide databases
- Public records help: how Twin Falls County routes completed, signed, dated requests to the proper custodian
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. It has no connection to any Idaho court, Twin Falls County office, sheriff's office, clerk's office, or state agency. There are real limits to what a private reference site can do:
- We cannot file paperwork or send records requests on your behalf
- We cannot issue certified copies of any court document or vital record
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results.
